2. Service Description
Thrive Beyond the Badge™ provides strategy-based coaching and educational services for law enforcement professionals. Our services are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or fitness-for-duty evaluation.
3. Application-Based Participation
Participation in our coaching program is application-based. All applications are personally reviewed to determine mutual fit. Acceptance or rejection of applications is at the sole discretion of Dr. Linda.
4. Limitation of Liability
Thrive Beyond the Badge™ provides coaching and educational services, not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or fitness-for-duty evaluation. Results vary and are not guaranteed. If you are in crisis, immediate danger, or need clinical support, contact emergency services, call or text 988, or reach out to a licensed professional.
5. Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are confidential. Information discussed is not reported to your agency or employer unless you request it, give written permission, or disclosure is required by law or immediate safety concerns.
6. Payment Terms
Coaching fees are established during the application process. Payment terms and flexible payment options will be discussed with accepted clients. Fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Thrive Beyond the Badge™ and protected by copyright laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
