After more than 17 years in law enforcement—including service as a Detective Sergeant—I saw firsthand how the demands of the profession can extend far beyond the shift itself.

Today, I combine my leadership experience in law enforcement with advanced study in decision-making, behavioral science, and human performance through a Ph.D. in Applied Management & Decision Sciences.
